1- What management, organization, and technology factors were responsible for McAfee's software?
I think there a lot of companies are making security software and the same time, creating new viruses to make the people buy their products. The organization is not specific for making problem McAfee's software problems:- *- A lot of hacker and it's difficult to follow them. **- Spyware from unauthorized activity On my opinion, I think McAfee should create a new program to be good for the users, many people said that McAfee is so heavy for Windows XP and make it slow, and try to make it better than the old one.

2- What was the business impact of this software problem, both for McAfee and for its customers?
I think the people is not going to buy their products if they have problem and it's easy to hack their computer. But the company will lose a lot of fans and customers and that will make it lose a lot of money, from my opinion the company will try to fix the problem as soon as possible to make the consumers satisfaction.

3-If you were a McAfee's enterprise customer, would you consider McAfee's response to the problem be acceptable? Why or Why not?
If I were a McAfee's enterprise, I would consider McAfee's response to the problem be acceptable, because they will provide me a new security and keep my important data and protected. On my opinion, almost all the companies has some problem and hacker could hack it.

4- What should McAfee do in the future to avoid similar problems?
I think they have to fix the first problem and make it smooth to all Windows, and quickly without detection because most of the companies trust their antivirus provider to get it right. but what I think there are some security issues will faced the customers because the spyware or the hackers.
